Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use tk111 bat's services, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age (applicable for ages 21+).
• All information provided at the time of account creation must be true and accurate.
• The user must have a valid Bangladeshi bank account or mobile banking account.
• A person may operate only one account.

2.1 Identity Verification

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tk111 bat, the user must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and accurate personal information. The registration process requires the mobile number to be confirmed via OTP verification. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their own username and password confidential. The user is liable for all activity on their account unless it can be proven that the account was used without authorisation.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you log in on a public device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per user. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and all funds and bonuses will be cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tk111 bat is ৳300. Accepted methods for depositing are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Funds deposited into the account must belong solely to that person — money sent from third-party accounts is not acceptable.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals are approved only for verified accounts.
• Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk111 bat offers new users a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• tk111 bat determines eligibility to claim a bonus and reserves the right to change it.
• A user may claim each promotion only once.
• A bonus may only be used in the games or sections specified in the promotion's terms.
• If misuse of any bonus benefit is proven, the account may be closed and funds may be seized.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which is stated in the promotion's terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the given time, the bonus funds will be automatically cancelled.

VIP Program

tk111 bat's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is provided on the week's net losses at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example: if a Gold tier member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits depend on the user's active status. Extended inactivity may result in a tier change. tk111 bat reserves the right to review or change the VIP program's terms at any time.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

The decision to accept or void a bet is at tk111 bat's discretion. If a match is cancelled or postponed, tk111 bat's own rules for processing bets will apply. Bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on tk111 bat are operated using the game provider's own software and RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are fully automated and not predetermined.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault causes an abnormal result, tk111 bat reserves the right to cancel that round or bet. tk111 bat is not liable for any loss caused by a technical issue.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk111 bat:

• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Artificially completing wagering by exploiting bonus benefits.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds will not be returned.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by tk111 bat

If a breach of these terms is proven, tk111 bat may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In cases of a breach, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure Request by the User

Any user may at any time request to close their own account. In this case, valid funds remaining in the account will be returned via withdrawal, but unconditional bonus funds will not be returned.

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues or a technical fault with the device.
• If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a user suffers any financial loss based on game outcomes.

Changes to Terms

tk111 bat reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes.
